This 10DLC & Toll-Free Privacy Policy is in addition to and supplements all other privacy and data security obligations of LD1 Democrats, including our operational, and website privacy policies (collectively, our “Privacy Policy”). It describes our obligations and practices regarding how we collect and use customer consent and opt-ins for our texting and/or email services and programs.​

This 10DLC & Toll-Free Privacy Policy applies to SMS and MMS messages sent by LD1 Democrats.

We may collect your name, phone number, and your indication of consent to receive text messages (SMS and MMS).

In addition to providing our services and complying with our overall Privacy Policy, we use this information to confirm your consent to receive text messages (SMS and MMS).

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except in the following cases:

1. With vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to perform work on our behalf (and who will not use the information for their own purposes);

2. If we believe disclosure is required by any applicable law, rule, regulation, or to comply with law enforcement or legal processes.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Terms:

LD1 Democrats' mobile campaigns provide subscribers with updates, event invitations, donation asks, and voting reminders.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP". After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, simply sign up again as you did the first time, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You can expect to receive no more than 2 text messages per day from LD1 Democrats.
